The game itself retains the comic book art style of the previous game and will run at a silky smooth 60fps. Players will now also be able to select from a variety of new characters in the game’s Versus Mode, including Lord Slug and Future Gohan. Each race carries with it different perks, be it improved speed, strength or defense. The ability to create your own hero returns this time around, allowing players to select from one of five different races. And while in the previous game there was just one main hub world to explore, in Xenoverse 2 there will be many different worlds for the player to discover, including fan-favorite Planet Namek. Whether you are flying from one side of the world to another, or taking part in a hoverboard race, Bandai Namco expects players’ experience with the main hub much different this time around. This change brings with it new areas for your character to explore and more things to do outside of combat. The game is a direct sequel to the previous installment and will feature a number of new additions to the series, many of which were based on player feedback from the first game.įor starters, the main hub world will be more than seven times larger than the previous game.
